Support Trainer for the Uplifted Yoga YTT (yoga teacher training) program and mentor for Uplifted Yoga members.

Mentorship for YTT graduates and yoga teachers: Review anatomy, find your yoga teaching voice, refine cueing and sequencing, and teach your students how to practice yoga off the mat by bringing it into all aspects of their lives.  Contact Andrea for more information.
