Yoga Teacher Voice
New Yoga Teacher? Recently completed YTT?
Wondering how to find your unique yoga teacher voice and style?
Need ideas for cues, sequences, and how to use yoga props?
I offer small-group, interactive online workshops with feedback to help you find your unique yoga teacher voice. We'll explore yoga pose options, cues, and sequencing that you can incorporate into your teaching.
In these workshops we will all participate and contribute to the discussion. I’ll be covering cues, sequencing and flow ideas, pose alternatives and props, and how to teach to different levels in the same class. This will be a very interactive time with everyone contributing. Be prepared to be on your yoga mat with a blanket, 2 yoga blocks, and a strap (or dog leash or scarf).

Pose Review Workshop
Do you struggle with yoga poses and how to do them in a safe way?
Do some poses feel awkward or uncomfortable?
Not sure how to use yoga props to make poses more accessible?
Some yoga classes and videos don’t allow time to make adjustments or don’t offer alternatives for yoga postures. Pre-recorded videos don’t allow for personalized feedback. In-person classes might have too many people for the yoga teacher to give individual recommendations.
Would you like personalized feedback on your poses, alignment, pose alternatives, and how to use yoga props?
I offer virtual 1-hour, one-on-one sessions for yoga pose review and pose workshops via Zoom, personalized for YOU. These sessions are recorded and are yours to keep!
Please contact me for more information – I look forward to working with you on your yoga mat!
