Andrea is committed to making the practice of yoga truly accessible to everybody—at any age and any state of health. Her practice offers a great deal to participants’ physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual selves.
She is extremely talented in breaking down poses, breathing practices, meditation techniques, and yoga teachings into clearly understandable practical tools we can use every day…regardless of individual limitations or challenges.

I've always been a little intimidated by yoga, especially in any kind of group setting, so finding Andrea was kismet. I have some physical limitations but I had no trouble getting the benefit out of the modified poses she taught through her thoughtful approach to movement.
Coming from a K-12 and university educator background, I believe Andrea is a WONDERFUL yoga educator!
